Puppet portrait of Danish Politician Uffe Elbæk
Every year in June, Danish politicians go to the Island of Bornholm, to meet the citizens of Denmark, to engage, encourage and persuade the voters with their vision and hopes for the future of the country. This year, Uffe Elbæk brought along his spin doctor and alter-ego ULF, to tell the truth about politics and show people how political promises are not always what they seem.

WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE - THE PUPPET
EXHIBITED at Rudolph Tegners Museum in Dronning Mølle, DK (2016-2017)
William Shakespeare “the puppet” is a modern version of the world famous and beloved english author, who died 400 years ago. On this anniversary I wanted to pay my tribute to his genius mind by imagining want kind of person he would be, had he been alive today.
Would he, like most young and creative people, turn to social media to promote himself and make his followers envy his fabulous life? I thought so - and so I created an instagram account for him.
PUPPET PORTRAITS

BONFIRE
A 3D textile floor piece created as an experiment with shape, color, depth and tactility.
The term Bonfire originally stems from an open-air fire on which bones were burnt.
Puppet portraits of Danish Actors.
Being an actor, you tend to tell other peoples stories. But who are you as a person behind the many roles you play?
What inspire you? What were your childhood dreams? What would you have become if not an actor?
The answers to these questions inspired the visual context of these personal "Puppet Portraits".
The Actors:
Carsten Bjørnlund
Christine Albeck Børge

SALAO - a philosophical adventure tablet game based on Ernest Hemingway's novel " The Old Man and the Sea".
Created with analog puppets and cinematic visuals, introducing kids to a classic story through interactive play.
The old cuban fisherman Santiago is SALAO (very unlucky). He used to go fishing with the young boy Manolin, but because of his lack of luck, he is destined to go out to sea all alone.
This "anti-game" allows the player to be passive and experience the game as visual art and act on certain objects, such as animals, memories of the past, hallucinations and physical struggles, which are all described in Hemingway's original story.
